There's no point in sugar coating it, we're set for a day of miserable weather in Edinburgh.
The Met Office reckon it's going to rain for pretty much the whole of Friday.
Things are likely to start off quite brightly, with some sunshine, before things take a turn for the worse around 9am.
Forecasters say rain should start as many arrive for work in the morning and continue for the rest of the day. Showers are expected to get heavier around 9pm – so it's certainly not going to be a barbecue to kick-off the weekend this time around.
It should still be warm with temperatures around 17C or 18C for much of the day, but that doesn't mean you'll want to be outside.
