Edinburgh is finally in store for a few decent spells of sunshine, according to the latest weather forecast.
Friday will start off cloudy but the sun should be out by the late afternoon and evening.
We'll hopefully avoid the few scattered showers which will affect the west of Scotland.
The maximum temperature will be around 17C in the afternoon.
The Met Office says: "A dry day for most with good spells of sunshine, especially across the Lothians and Borders."
You may want to enjoy the sunshine while they last, as a particularly cold winter could be on the way.
