Edinburgh's 'secret beer garden' to be opened by Innis and Gunn this weekend with free pints

A secret beer garden will open in Edinburgh this weekend courtesy of Innis & Gunn – and there will be free pints of lager on offer.

The famous brewer will take over a unique space at Leith's Custom Lane for two days only, with spaces limited.

Those behind the plan say there will be a "giant living pint" designed by floral design studio Pyrus, bespoke art installations from street artists such as Trench One and Elph, local street food from Moskito Tapas and, of course, plenty of award-winning lager.

The venue will be opening as part of Innis & Gunn's If You Know, You Know campaign which is seen a string of activity dedicated to the craft brewer's lager beer.

Already this summer they've been opening up Lager Booths across the country along with a dedicated 'Lager Line' WhatsApp chat which saw those at the brewer communicating with fans across thousands of messages.

Booking for the immersive, secret beer garden is now open, with punters able to book slots throughout Friday, July 9 and Saturday, July 10. You can find more information on that here.
