One of Scotland's newest whisky distilleries, the first to operate in Edinburgh in almost a century, is offering two new roles that could be a dream for any drinks fan.
The team behind Holyrood Distillery, which first opened in summer 2019, are looking for a new senior and trainee distiller to join them.
The successful candidates will help lead the charge for producing their first ever single malt which could be set for release next year.

Working with specialty malts, yeasts and different cask types to create unique single malts, the successful applicant will work shifts at the distillery, which is located on the edge of Holyrood Park, close to popular Edinburgh Festival Fringe venues The Pleasance and George Square.
Focusing on everything from mashing through distillation, the trainee distiller will be supervised by senior staff.
Part of the current crop of exciting new Scottish distilleries, Holyrood was the first single malt whisky distillery in centre of Edinburgh for almost 100 years.
It joins the Crabbie Distillery, and the soon to be completed Port of Leith Distillery, in reviving single malt whisky making in the capital.
