Locals and visitors alike are adjusting to the changes on Leith Walk following the introduction of the tram lines.
As well as new tracks, a new cycle lane, and spaces for people have been introduced on the Walk. While these spaces are put in place to make it easier for pedestrians and cyclists to navigate Leith, cars have been spotted parking on the pavement.
Residents in the area have hit back after two drivers parked off the road, a Mercedes on the cycle path, and an Audi in front of it parked right on the pavement.

Calling the drivers 'selfish', locals pointed out that cyclists would be forced to pull out onto the busy road or onto the pavement.
One said that the new infrastructure is encouraging people to cycle which means fewer cars on the road and he noted that more people are using the lanes.
He added: "I’m a driver, a cyclist, a pedestrian, and public transport user myself and can see the problem from all sides."
This comes after some drivers fumed about the lack of parking spaces on Leith Walk, as Edinburgh Live reported previously after a number of vehicles were spotted parking on the pavement or cycle lanes.
The council’s transport and environment convener, Scott Arthur, said: “The road layout was designed in accordance with the Edinburgh Street Design Guidance and gives sufficient space for trams to pass.
“It is important that vehicles are parked properly. We’ll be carrying out increased enforcement along the route to ensure this is the case. The new layout will take time to bed in. That’s the purpose of the period of testing.”
