Footage has emerged of Edinburgh fire crews present at a huge block of flats in the city this week as one person was rescued from the blaze.
Four fire engines and a height appliance were deployed to tackle a blaze at the A-listed Linksview House, Tolbooth Wynd, on Wednesday, April 20, as one eye witness captured a video of the hefty emergency services presence.
Scottish Fire and Rescue confirmed crews attended the blaze and had to wear breathing apparatus to aid them in tackling the fire during the early evening.

The video, posted on Snapchat from a resident at a nearby flat, shows multiple fire engines and a police car parked on Tolbooth Wynd, as crews raced to the scene at the huge block of 'banana' flats in Leith.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 6.59pm on Wednesday 20 April to reports of a fire within a flat in Linksview House, Tolbooth Wynd, Edinburgh.
"Operations control immediately mobilised four fire engines and a height appliance to the location and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire. One casualty was handed over to the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service.
"Crews left the scene after ensuring the area was made safe."
The flats in question, along with those at Cables Wynd, were awarded an A-listed status by Historic Environment Scotland for "excellence in modernist urban design."
Built in the 1960's, the two sets of flats featured in Irvine Welsh's Trainspotting, with Cables Wynd being the biggest block in Edinburgh at the time.
