The property, on Cloverfoot Cottages at The Wisp, is on the market at offers over £175,000.
ESPC's latest house price report reveals that a one bedroom flat in Abbeyhill and Meadowbank costs on average £181,116 while the price in Polwarth, Shandon and Tollcross is £199,369. Figures also showed that the average price of a one bed flat on Leith, Walk, Easter Road, Pilrig and Bonnington was £164,175, and in Dalry, Gorgie, Slateford and Chesser the cost is £158,598.

The figures, which are for the three month period from May to July, reveal the average cost of a property in the City of Edinburgh is £291,434, while across Edinburgh the Lothians, Fife and the Borders the price is £275,623 – more than £100,000 more expensive than the Cloverfoot Cottage is on the market for.
Agents Warners say the three-bed cottage at The Wisp "enjoys prime position in a sought after area" and comes with a private westerly facing garden to the rear with a paved patio.
