Edinburgh property: New images show inside luxury St James Quarter apartments on sale now

New CGI images released by property developer Native Land show what luxury apartments at the new St James Quarter will look like.

St James Quarter in Edinburgh will replace the old St James Centre as part of a £1 billion makeover which is hoped be a utopia for shopping and eateries.

The luxury apartments which are now on sale will be located on the fifth to eighth floors of St James Quarter starting off at £350,000 for a studio apartment.

New Eidyn is the name of the new development which will feature 'hotel-style amenities' such as underground parking, ground floor reception and concierge, 24-hour security and membership rights to the W Edinburgh hotel’s gym.

The luxury apartments which are priced at over £1 million for 3-bedroom premium apartments all benefit from a private 'sky garden' on the fifth floor.

The garden offers spectacular 'panoramic views' of the Firth of Forth and the city's skyline.

Residents will live in the heart of the new quarter, surrounded by over 80 shops, bars and restaurants.
