Edinburgh Princes Street to get new bakery offering 'award-winning' Cornish pasties

A new bakery is set to open on Edinburgh's Princes Street, replacing a former retail store that recently moved to another site.

Mor Bakery, will reside at 116 Princes Street to replace the former Perfume Shop, which moved to St James Quarter last year following the £1billion regeneration project.

New signage has recently been installed for the bakery that states they will specialise in quick bite lunch options such as baguettes, paninis, and "award-winning" Cornish pasties.

The store will also offer coffee and deli options, although it is currently unknown when it will open its doors to the public on one of the city's busiest streets.

The building is located between Vodafone and Lush, with work currently being done to the interior of the store to have it ready for opening soon.

The eatery certainly stands out with its rose gold and black mix of colours used on various signs, along with their name in white lettering.
