Police in Edinburgh have launched an urgent appeal to help trace a 65 year old man who went missing in the early hours of this morning.
David Wheeler was last seen in the Alemoor Park area of Edinburgh at around 3am this morning (Friday 10 July) and there are concerns for his welfare.
Alemoor Park is located in between Restalrig Road and Lochend Road so anyone in the area - including Easter Road and Leith - is asked to look out for the missing man.
David is described as 5’8 to 5’9 in height, of medium build and was wearing glasses when he was last seen.
He has thick grey hair which is normally tied back in a ponytail.
Anyone who may have seen David since this time, or who has any information on his whereabouts, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 0720 of the 10/07/2020.
