This is a very prominent trading location close to Lothian Road, the financial centre of Edinburgh, as well as being close to the affluent neighbourhoods of Bruntsfield and Morningside.

“The restaurant space is currently laid out for 36 covers and well spaced in a generous fashion, with the potential to easily accommodate 42 covers.

“Passorn has been a popular and well recognised name in Edinburgh’s culinary scene since 2009.

“Although trading very well, the restaurant, currently only operates for five and a half days a week. There is, undoubtedly, scope to trade for seven days a week in this area and, thus, substantially increase turnover.

“In its current format it is strongly felt that the size, scope and location of the operation would lend itself to a variety of different international cuisines.

“Interior décor and the property have been extremely well looked after by our clients allowing new owners to benefit from small capital expenditure to completely redesign and renovate from an already high end internal fit-out.”
