Paramedics in Edinburgh rushed to a male who collapsed after a night out and was found unresponsive on the street.
The man was understood to have been under the influence of alcohol and ketamine when he took unwell near Holyrood Park and was found by a local who immediately phoned the emergency services.
The incident unfolded during the latest episode of BBC's Paramedics on Scene, a series following the life of paramedics, technicians and call handlers across Scotland. The show recently returned for its fourth season with a new episode every Sunday at 9pm.

During this week's episode, crew members Scott and Kim were about to round off a busy shift in the capital when they were called to high priority call which indicated a immediate threat to life.
Cameras inside the ambulance captured the pair's reaction as they made their way to the Abbeyhill area to find a man unresponsive on a side street exiting Holyrood Park.
The woman who found the man tells paramedics that his stomach has been rising and falling as the crew immediately begin treatment and try to work out what he had taken that made him collapse on the street.
Paramedic Kim said: "He was only breathing six a minute, he was unresponsive and his pupils were pinpoint as well. These are all good indications that the patient has taken an overdose."
Scott begins to prepare Naloxone which will reverse a drug overdose from opiates such as morphine and heroin. While the patient's partner insists he has only taken ketamine and alcohol, Scott and Kim can not be 100 per cent certain those are the only substances he has consumed.
As the man begins to come round, Kim and Scott get him into the back of the ambulance to carry out further observations and treatment. With the patient still unable to sit up, the pair are forced to use a scoop stretcher.
"I've not got a clue what's going on," says the patient as he is eventually helped into the ambulance.
The man admits to taking ketamine and drinking alcohol, although he could not remember how much of either he had consumed before collapsing on the street.
"Have I broken my legs? Have I broken my arms? I'm just trying to figure out if I'm alive," the confused patient mutters. Despite his reluctance, Kim manages to persuade the patient to get checked out at hospital.
