Edinburgh nightclub shares strange items left behind by drunken partygoers

An Edinburgh nightclub has shared some of the more unusual items they find at the end of a shift.

Known to see hundreds of partygoers flock to their venue on the weekends, Bourbon nightclub posted the clip on social media this week.

Cleaning up after a long night with the club packed full, staff were quick to find a host of lost property that unaware locals had left behind.

Sharing the hilarious video on TikTok, one staff member was seen sticking on a pair of gloves before attempting to pick up anything abandoned on the dance floor.

The video quickly went viral on the platform, seeing over 2.7 million views and over 250,000 likes from other users.

The club picked up some unusual items from the dancefloor (Bourbon)

The first unusual item to be discovered was one sole trainer, with the other accompanying shoe nowhere to be seen. Joking about the find, the club suggested someone was "hopping home."

A kids pretend medal was also left lying in amongst confetti, with the club joking "too right, only champs go to Bourbon."

Next up was a pair of tie up white high heels, which had clearly been abandoned by someone giving up on the pain and opting for a flatter option.

Captioning the clip that "flip flop sales are on the up", staff also found a slightly grotty looking makeup brush and a couple of disposable vapes.

Unfortunately, some more expensive items were also recovered, with one clubber leaving behind a pricey fitbit near the bar.

A pair of keys had also been left on the ground, with many commenters writing they believed they "look like someone's work keys."

Others were also keen to find out what happens to the lost property after its been recovered, with one user writing: "Does anyone ever come to collect those things?"
