After a year and a half of restrictions, one Edinburgh nightclub has announced the return of one of the capital's most infamous celebrations.
Are you really an Edinburgher if you've not exited The Hive on Niddry Street just after 5am, bleary eyed from dancing and drinking VKs all night?

"I've not been in ten years but after two years of no dancing this warrants a return to Hive", wrote just one of 1000 people who commented on a Facebook post from the nightclub announcing the return of Hive till Five.
"Honestly after no being out for this long I'd go back to relive my youth in a heartbeat", said another.
"We could go straight for breakfast after", one Hive-goer wrote, tagging three of her pals.
The first night of Hive till Five takes place on Monday 9 August as lockdown restrictions ease further across Scotland next week - with the event strictly ticketed
