Torty loves sunbathing and munching on lettuce in his walled garden and according to the current owners, it would be too "traumatic" to remove the guest from his much-loved home.
Apart from having a resident tortoise, the house has also has four bedrooms and a large guest suite.
The bespoke property is "beautifully presented throughout" and accented with "elegant period features."
ESPC describe the garden Torty lives in saying: "Extremely well maintained private gardens lie to the front and the rear of the house.
