While all restaurants currently remain closed due to coronavirus restrictions, the Michelin Guide has released its highly-anticipated Michelin Guide for 2021.
It comes as no surprise to many that the list shows Edinburgh foodies are spoilt for choice in the capital, with Michelin star restaurants on your doorstep.
Four restaurants have gained this distinguished award and three Bib Gourmand which are said to be smashing value for money.
The remaining 15 restaurants made The Michelin Plate list, which are “restaurants where the inspectors have discovered quality food.
