Edinburgh landlord offers bunk bed in tiny apartment for £600 a month

An Edinburgh homeowner is looking for a 'trustworthy' tenant to move into a room in their apartment - with rather unusual sleeping arrangements.

The Facebook user took to the Marketplace to find a perfect tenant for their tenement on Milton Street.

Advertising bunk beds in one of two double bedrooms of the flat for £590 a month, the landlord outlines that he will 'very rarely if ever at all, be in the apartment' and is looking for someone who will take on the responsibility of caring for the plants.

The property is located right by the wast and green area of the Holyrood Park and the city's famous landmark, Arthurs Seat, opening an excellent opportunity for long strolls and hikes.

The post reads: 'The photos say it all, referring to the pictures of the flat packed with furniture, books, decor elements and, of course, 'windows boxed with loads of plants'.

EH8, the postcode where the flat is located, is a pricey one with a cost of renting a one-bedroom apartment ranging from £675 to £1,250.

Featuring free on-street parking, dishwasher and gas central heating, this renting opportunity might be a good chance to save money while benefiting from a central yet quiet location.
