Edinburgh hotel launches spectacular afternoon tea with delivery, and Harry Potter fans will love it

Edinburgh's Waldorf Astoria have launched a themed boozy brunch experience that locals can order directly to their door, and Harry Potter fans will love it.

The Wonderful World of Wizardry Afternoon Tea can also be collected from Waldorf Astoria hotel’s Peacock Alley restaurant which is currently closed due to Scotland's Covid restrictions.

The luxury hotel wrote online: "Double, double toil and treat…Order something sweet to eat!

"Our Wonderful World of Wizardry Afternoon Tea at Home with @ChampagneLPUK is available for collection and delivery to postcodes EH1-17."

Other deals include:

  • Brunch for two people - £70
  • Boozy Brunch for two people with bottle of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne - £99

The afternoon tea is served with a selection of wizard themed finger sandwiches, pastries, scones with clotted cream and jam, and includes the famous Harry Potter sorting hat.

The Harry Potter themed afternoon tea is available for delivery and collection, Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 2pm.

It comes as Edinburgh Live previously reported how Waldorf Astoria The Caledonian also recently launched a brunch deal which can be delivered straight to your door with a choice of champers and Bloody Mary cocktails.
