Scotland's Home of the Year is returning with a Christmas special this winter, and homeowners from Edinburgh and the surrounding area are being encouraged to apply.
BBC Scotland is looking for all different types and sizes of homes for the competition, whether your festive taste is cool and minimal or bright and fun.
The properties selected will appear on Scotland's Christmas Home of the Year when it is broadcast later this year on BBC Scotland.

Hosts Anna Campbell-Jones, Michael Angus and Kate Spiers will all return for the one-off special, where they will be judging the finalists on how well they capture the festive spirit before picking an overall winner.
The producers of the show have stated that they are not only looking for properties with extravagant decorations and light displays, but are also on the hunt for homes that cater "towards a more sensory experience for the sight or hearing impaired".
Additionally, "applications from all backgrounds" are encouraged, though homes that have already appeared on the series will not be accepted.
Those who think that their home is worthy of a place in the show are asked to email scotlandshomes@iwcmedia.co.uk with a brief description of how they decorate their property at Christmas, along with a few pictures and their contact number.
When does Scotland's Home of the Year return?
Although a date hasn't been set yet for Scotland's Christmas Home of the Year, expect it to air sometime in December.
The next full series of Scotland's Home of the Year will air in 2022.
