Edinburgh Grow Urban: First look inside Stockbridge's brand new plant shop

A brand new shop selling 'botanical goods, coffee and plants' has opened its doors on St Vincent Street in Edinburgh.

The new Stockbridge plant shop is the second that Grow Urban has opened in Edinburgh, with its first situated on Grove Street in Fountainbridge.

The new botanical-filled wonder is packed full of house plants to browse with locally-roasted coffee, cake and other sweet treats on offer daily - with a coffee in hand you can peruse the carefully curated selection of unusual plants and goods.

Grow Urban's knowledgeable and approachable team of staff provide simple, straightforward advice to the people of Edinburgh on how to choose and care for plants - so even the most prolific plant-killer will be able to find some fool-proof greenery for their home.

Whether you have a balcony, allotment, paved patio garden or even just a windowsill, there's a range of unique products for any living situation in the capital. No space for a massive monstera? How about an acorn vase or a teenie tiny terranium instead?

The new plant store has already sparked much excitement from the public - with a post containing news of their opening collecting a whopping 2000 likes.

The new Grow Urban shop is at 8b St Vincent Street in Stockbridge - you can follow them on Instagram here.
