Edinburgh Gin selling Valentine's Day limited-edition botanical bouquets

Agonising over the perfect Valentine's Day gift is a common worry not only for hopeless romantics.

A bunch of roses or box of chocolates has long been the tried and tested love token for significant others over the years.

But the Daily Record reports this could soon change as an Edinburgh distiller looks to blaze a new gin-filled path to our hearts.

Edinburgh Gin has launched three limited-edition floral bouquets in good time for impressing your partner on February 14.

The 'multi-sensory' offerings are a result of a collaboration with floralists MUD Urban Flowers, who handcrafted the bouquets.

Each of three limited-edition sets are designed and hand-tied using botanicals from the gin, before being packaged together with a matching 70cl bottle.

Matching the botanicals found in the three gins, the flowers include everything from pinecones and dried orange to lavender.

David Wilkinson, Head Distiller at Edinburgh Gin, said: “This year we’ve really pushed the love boat out, so-to-speak, offering three stand-out arrangements to suit every taste and preference.

“Each bouquet brings to life the unique wonder found within our gins, using carefully chosen flowers and botanicals that take inspiration from the delicious gin found within.”

The gin bouquets are priced at £65 and will be on sale here from 27th January for UK delivery on February 14th.
