An Edinburgh city centre restaurant has reopened to the public after undergoing an extensive refurbishment during lockdown.
Amarone, located on St Andrew's Square within the art deco Capital Building, has installed new 6-seater round booths, sophisticated new upholstery and arched passages into the space.
The main dining area now boasts a 9-meter domed ceiling and the back gantry has been upgraded to mirror the front facing period arcade window.
The outdoor terrace has been significantly upgraded with an extension, which is covered and heated to ensure no dining or drinking experience is tarnished by unpredictable Scottish elements.
All of Amarone's original favourite dishes will remain, along with exciting new specials sourced with local ingredients.
Co-owner Tony Conetta said: 'We can't wait to open on 26 April and wow our customers with this next level refurb. The outdoor terrace has also been extended just in time for opening.
"We’ll also continue to operate our hugely successful at home range, which has sold out since we started in January 2021.
"Mario and I are so pleased to be able to constantly improve and nurture our brands according to what the customer enjoys."
You can now book Amarone Edinburgh for inside dining with outside seating on a first come first served basis - you'll need to be quick!
