Edinburgh's Rose Street Garden has announced a quirky new sharing platter for customers to feast on while enjoying the sun this summer in the capital.
The popular seasonal beer garden has shared a video of their new and exclusive “Fry Roulette” invention.

They shared a video of the product showing a large rotating serving bowl full of different fries attached to a platter containing 10 assorted coloured dips on the side.
Announced as a surprise in line with their reopening on May 5 for the summer season, it is a first look into the outdoor street food and gin garden’s new menu.
Known for their trendy food menu which has previously included DIY taco’s, mini slider burgers and dirty fries, the Fry Roulette offers some daytime nibbles to complement their large drinks menu.

Rose Street Garden took to social media to share the details on the new platter. They wrote:
"Introducing.....FRY ROULETTE
"On our travels to US we came across the ultimate sharing snack! FRY ROULETTE!
"A selection of golden fries; curly, waffle , sweet potato and skin on served with 10 delicious dips:
Sriracha Mayo, Truffle Aioli, Frank’s Hot Sauce, Katsu Curry Mayo, Hoisin, Roast garlic aioli, Cheese sauce, BBQ, Sweet Chilli & Ketchup."
Fans of the garden left floods of comments under the post tagging friends to plan their next trip to share the Fry Roulette.
The garden is open every day from 12pm to 8pm, May until September. Hoping for good weather so the garden can be in full use, it is also heated and can be covered when it rains.
