If there's one good thing to have come out of lockdown, it's that incredible new delivery services are popping up across the capital - and Rebel Doughnuts are no exception.
Sisters Tammie and Jessie Beattie decided to launch their very own baking business during Edinburgh's lockdown and the creations from the Corstorphine pair went viral last year after our reporter shared their Eastenders-themed doughnuts online.
The Kat Slater was a fluorescent affair - a vanilla ring doughnut with a hand painted leopard print design that had us you shouting "YOU AIN'T MY MUTHA."
Or how about the NUTalie Cassidy - a vanilla ring doughnut smothered in Nutella ganache and topped with crushed hazelnuts.
Alongside more 'normal' doughnut flavours such as white chocolate raspberry and Biscoff, Tammie and Jessie also make incredibly chunky brownies with rotating flavours (think Terry's Chocolate Orange, oozing caramel blondies and more).
The duo have been delivering their brownies, cakes and doughnuts across the capital since August 2020 - however the pair will now hold their first ever pop-up this weekend where you can sample their sweet treats in person.
