Baby care brand Cheeky Chompers has secured its first deal to have products stocked in a high street pharmacy chain.
The Edinburgh firm's Cheeky Essentials Neckerchew is now available in 444 LloydsPharmacy stores across the UK.
The Neckerchew was born after lots of catch-ups with friends with babies – where founders Amy Livingstone and Julie Wilson witnessed countless dropped, dirty and lost teethers. Their solution? If the teether won’t stay put, why not attach it to the baby?
Et voila - the Neckerchew, the world’s first chewable dribble bib with attached teether, was created!
The product stocked in Lloyds is a lower-priced, lighter version of the Neckerchew that has driven Cheeky Chompers' worldwide success .
It has sold more than 1.5 million products through more than 1500 retailers in 49 countries. The UK, China and the US are its biggest markets, with an online store on China's ecommerce giant Tmall.com.
The brand is currently stocked in John Lewis, JoJo Mama Bebe, The White Company and Nordstrom.
