Edinburgh and Lothian locals could earn £250 by cooking Michelin style recipes while in lockdown

Top chefs at Audley Villages are looking to discover the next Gordon Ramsay trapped in lockdown.

Meaning, you can put all that banana bread practice to good use by reacting the Michelin Star version of the tasty classic.

To apply, all Scots have to do is recreate a Michelin style lockdown recipe – choosing from banana bread, vegan risotto, skrei cod with potato fondant, Kentish spring rump of lamb, seared scallops, cider braised belly pork and haggis bon bons, and honey and szechuan pepper glaze duck breast.

It's then a case of tagging AudleyVillages on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and using the hashtag #MichelinFromHome.

Just like the great British Bake off, your entry will then be closely examined by top judges and the winner will win £250.
