An intrepid Edinburgh Amazon worker has opened up about the struggles she faces when working as a delivery driver for the massive online shopping firm.
Louise Fraser, 27, posted a video to her Tiktok page, ranting about the forgotten issues of working as a delivery driver in the capital for the multinational.
In the video, Louise exclaims, "If you live in a flat, I hate you. Why do you have to make it so hard to deliver things, why does none of your doors have numbers on them?"
She then goes on to explain the latest encounter she has experienced with a rude, disgruntled neighbour as she was attempting to deliver a parcel.
Tiktok user Louise describes the incident as the initial receiver of the Amazon package was not in their home, so she decided to knock on a neighbour's door to ask if they didn't mind holding on to the parcel for their opposite-door neighbour.
She said she was greeted by a man who told her 'No' rather abruptly, and also demanded that she didn't knock so loud next time, taking Laura by complete surprise.
She also goes on to say that '90%' of her deliveries are not in today, and that she's had to phone almost all of her customers to let them know she cannot fulfil their delivery, or has left their parcel with a neighbour.
She breathes a sigh of relief and exclaims that this shift 'better be worth the money', after the hassle she has dealt with during the working day is worth a good day's pay.
