Eden Hazard scores breathtaking goal, offers latest reminder he’s too good for Chelsea

While rumors of Eden Hazard’s eventual move away from Chelsea continue to swirl, the Belgian winger continues to do things on the pitch that make a £100 million valuation — that is reportedly the asking price for any club interested in prying Hazard from Stamford Bridge — sound pretty darn reasonable.

On Monday, the 28-year-old provided yet another reminder that he is probably too good for Chelsea and should be providing moments of magic like this on the biggest stages of European soccer and not, say, a meaningless league game against West Ham.

This is just a ridiculous showcase of skill by Hazard, whose contract with the Blues expires in 2020…

These are highly-paid professionals that Hazard is making a fool of. West Ham’s backline is like an audience member pulled out of the crowd to participate in a magic show. Their only response to seeing the ball hit the back of the net is “How the hell did he do that?”

Get this man to Madrid as soon as possible.
