Eden Hazard outlines his plan to convince Kylian Mbappe to sign for Real Madrid

Eden Hazard has outlined how he plans to tempt Kylian Mbappe into a move to Real Madrid .

The Belgian forward made the switch to the Santiago Bernabeu from Chelsea in the summer, and wants Mbappe to join him.

PSG striker Mbappe is arguably the hottest property in world football at present, and has previously stated he is open to a new challenge.

Hazard told Le Parisien : "In a few years he will be the best player in the world. He is a great talent.

"If he continues like this, Kylian will go down as one of the best players in history.

"A footballer always dreams of playing with the best and if tomorrow I was able to help bring him to Real Madrid, I would try.

"Although, I don't think anyone will ask me for an opinion."

Mbappe has been at PSG for over two years now, and is under contract with the French champions until 2022.

Any transfer would likely get close to breaking the £198 million world record fee set by Mbappe's teammate Neymar.

Mbappe is second on the list of highest transfer fees ever after his £165m move from Monaco.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp recently revealed that the Merseyside club would not be making a move for the 20-year-old due to the cost involved in signing him.

Only a few teams would be able to afford Mbappe, with Real Madrid favourites to land his signature when he does eventually move on.

Madrid spent £113m on Hazard, and could make an offer for Mbappe next summer when they will be able to keep within Financial Fair Play rules.

One potential solution to Mbappe's huge price tag could be for Madrid to offload Gareth Bale as part of the deal.

The Welsh winger's future at the club remains uncertain after he posed with a banner that read: "Wales. Golf. Madrid. In that order."
