Eden Hazard has not enjoyed the best of starts to his Real Madrid career.
The Belgian international completed his dream transfer to the La Liga giants in the summer, but his yet to score or register an assist in four appearances for his new club.
Prior to the Madrid derby at the weekend, his manager Zinedine Zidane provided some encouraging words.
"We know the player we have. He will respond at any time. He did in Seville. Everyone expects more from him and he knows that," Zidane said.
"But we're with him and he's with us. You have to go game by game and he is going to be the player we want him to be.
"This type of player is prepared for these matches. I have no doubt about Hazard or the rest of the players.
"We are thinking about an outing in a great performance, we know that it will be difficult and that we will have to do things right from the first minute to the last. We need to be prepared."
However, Hazard was largely ineffective in the goalless draw.
And the ex-Chelsea star admits he can't be classed as a 'Galactico' just yet as he aims to live up to the heights of previous Real Madrid number seven's including Cristiano Ronaldo and Raul.
"I'm not a Galactico yet. I have to show that I can be one," said Hazard. "We all know the history of the number seven shirt at this club and I want to show I can be the best in the world. I want to give my all, not just in matches but in training too.
"I can do better, I'm critical of myself as well, but working every day we will change things.
"Not everything is perfect but we're first in La Liga, we lost in Paris, maybe I was set back because of the injury but now I'm at 100% and hope to give my all in the coming games."
Hazard will look to get off the mark in terms of goal contributions when Los Blancos host Club Brugge in the Champions League.
Following defeat on matchday one at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain, the current La Liga leaders will be aware that anything less than three points is likely to bring about strong criticism.
