Eddie Nketiah in line for first Leeds United league appearance as he's named on bench at Wigan

There was no fibbing from Marcelo Bielsa when he said there'd be no changes from the Leeds United team that drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest last Saturday.

It will be an unchanged XI for the third game running in the Championship as Leeds take on Wigan at the DW Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

After being fully rested in the 3-0 win over Salford in midweek, Pablo Hernandez, Liam Cooper and Adam Forshaw all come back into the team.

Arsenal loanee Eddie Nketiah and £15m summer signing Helder Costa have to make do on the bench, while Jack Harrison and Patrick Bamford - who made substitute appearances in midweek - return to the starting line-up.

Nketiah, who scored on his debut to open the scoring at Salford, could be due to make his first Championship appearance if Bielsa opts to bring him on.

As expected, it will be Kiko Casilla between the sicks, behind a back-four of Stuart Dallas, Ben White, Cooper and Barry Douglas. Kalvin Phillips, Adam Forshaw and Matuesz Klich are in midfield, with Harrison and Hernandez on the flanks and Bamford once again leading the line.

Jack Clarke isn't on the bench due to the regulation of only five loan players allowed in a matchday squad, with Costa, Nketiah, White, Harrison and substitute goalkeeper Illan Meslier occupying those spots.

The full options from the bench are as follows: Meslier, Costa, Nketiah, Mateusz Bogusz, Gjanni Alioski, Jamie Shackleton and Gaetano Berardi.
