Eddie Howe will face the media for the first time as Newcastle United head coach this afternoon.
After being announced as the replacement for Steve Bruce on Monday afternoon, the 43-year-old has also taken his first few training sessions.
Photos were released from the first of those sessions and they showed Howe being heavily involved himself, at one stage producing a lung-bursting run to get on the end of a pass from one of the players.

While the majority of press conferences tend to be held at the training ground, this one will be at St James’ Park.
Howe will answer questions from the media before going pitchside where the relevant media will be able to take photographs of him.
