Jarrell Miller has failed a second drugs ahead of his heavyweight title showdown with Anthony Joshua, according to Eddie Hearn - and the promoter is now in the process of lining up a new opponent for the Brit.
Brooklyn brawler Miller was due to fight British heavyweight Joshua in his native New York on June 1.
But the American produced an adverse result for a metabolic modulator in testing carried out on March 20 by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA).
Miller retained the right to request another sample be tested and to reapply for a licence, and stated his intention to "vigorously appeal" against the decision.

But Hearn has now revealed that the American has failed a second VADA test, with ESPN claiming that the sample collected has shown banned substance HGH (Human Growth Hormone) in his system.
Hearn said on Twitter: “We have now received news from VADA that Jarrell Miller has now failed a second separate test for a further substance.
“AJ’s June 1 opponent will be announced next week - if you don’t think you can beat him clean then delete my number!”

Following the initial doping failure, and after having his boxing license was revoked in New York State, Miller claimed he has "never knowingly taken any banned substance".
"I am absolutely devastated upon hearing the news my boxing licence has been revoked in NY State and I will be vigorously appealing this decision," he wrote on Instagram .
"I have NEVER knowingly taken any banned substance and when I found out the news last night I was totally shocked.

Joshua's camp are still working towards a fight at Madison Square Garden on June 1.
Miller continued: "This was a voluntary test that I was very happy to do and these results came just one week after another voluntary test that I had taken which was completely clean."
