Eddie Hall shows off body transformation after losing five stone ahead of boxing fight

Eddie Hall has shown off his incredible body transformation after losing five stone ahead of his upcoming boxing match with Hafthor Bjornnson.

The winner of World's Strongest Man 2017 has been shedding the pounds in preparation for the clash with his rival in Las Vegas next year.

Hall previously tipped the scales at 30st (196kg) at the time of his 2017 triumph, but is now measuring in at 25st (163kg).

Nicknamed 'The Beast', Hall has been posting regular updates to his Instagram account, where over two million followers are tracking his progress.

His latest workout saw him tackle a 30-minute swim in a spa hot tub while attached to an elasticated tether, and he jokingly set the location to "Sexy Beast Transformation Factory."

Hall's impressive work ethic is already bearing fruit, as the 32-year-old displayed defined ab muscles and a leaner physique.

He still has plenty of time left to hone his boxing skills, but will be more than wary of the challenge he faces against Bjornnson.

The Icelandic strongman, nicknamed 'The Giant', starred in HBO TV series Game of Thrones as Ser Gregor ‘The Mountain’ Clegane.

Their beef began last month after Bjornnson broke Hall's world deadlift record by 1kg, hauling a mammoth 501kg, before calling out the Brit.

Since then Bjornnson has been doing some cutting of his own, and has already shifted 40 pounds in just three weeks.

At the time of his world record lift, the 31-year-old weighed over 32st (206kg), but has since dropped to 29.6st (188kg).

And he only has his sights set on his showdown with Hall.

Bjornsson wrote on social media: "It's official. September 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Mountain vs the Beast.

"The next year and a half of my career will be solely dedicated towards this fight.

"I can't wait to have my family ringside as I throw you down. I'm coming for you."
