All the depth you've accumulated the previous 11 weeks is superfluous. It's time to maximize the potential of your starting lineup. If you've yet to reach your trade deadline, attempt to deal your depth for upgrades.
Otherwise, it's time to focus on upside. Focus on disappointing players who still have a chance to pop (Isaiah Crowell or Jeremy Maclin) or young players who could have a bigger role in December (Marlon Mack or Corey Davis).
