Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward was abused by a group of fans.
The incident occurred on the same day a different group of supporters infiltrated the club's Carrington training complex last Thursday. The police were not contacted about the incident.
Woodward was abused after news broke that the club had asked to join the European Super League.
The Red Devils have since pulled the plug on the project due to fan backlash.
It also follows an incident in January, when Woodward has had his home attacked.
Videos went viral of that occasion which saw masked supporters throwing flares at his Cheshire mansion.
However, this latest incident will no doubt cause further concern to the Old Trafford hierarchy.
Along with United, the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham all agreed to break away and form their own competition.
Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona from La Liga were also involved, as were Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan from Serie A.
But the plans fell apart just two days after the announcement after huge backlash from fans and pundits alike.
All Premier League clubs have now revealed they are pulling out from the project.
Liverpool chief Tom Werner issued a grovelling apology as a result but Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has insisted the plans are going ahead.
Woodward also admitted he would resign his position at United as they announced their plans to can their Super League ambitions.
However, the 49-year-old had been scheduled to leave his post by the end of the year, anyway and some fans believe this has merely shifted the blame from the Glazers.
Joel Glazer had been set to take over as co-chairman of the European Super League, along with Juve chief Andrea Agnelli with Perez heading the organisation.
