Echo Falls white wine infused with rum now available at B&M

If you can’t decide between drinking some rum or having a nice glass of wine, Echo Falls has the answer – mix them.

The wine company has created a rum-infused wine that manages to be both cheap and tasty.

Only available at B&M for now, the wine costs £3.99 per 75cl bottle and has a pleasant taste, which is a bit like coconut and pineapple.

Despite being mixed with rum, the wine is not strong, with an alcohol percentage of just nine per cent, MirrorOnline reports.

The average bottle of white wine is more like 12 per cent.

Facebook page Money Saver Online were first to spot the B&M wines.

And while it's certainly an unusual mixture, it seems to be very well received by potential customers, with users giving feedback like: "We must try this sounds lovely for the summer nights".

Another said: "I feel like this would taste like Malibu”. We’re assuming that’s meant to be a positive thing.

The new launch follows that of another spirit-infused wine by Echo Falls, who also launched a gin-infused rose earlier this year.

If you don’t have a B&M near you, if you wait until July you'll also be able to pick up the gin infused white white from Morrisons, although for far higher price, at £7 a bottle.

Echo Falls aren't the only drinks brand getting involved in the spirit drinking, with famous Swedish cider brand Kopparberg also launching their own pink gin , that tastes of their statement strawberry and lime.
