Eatyard in Drumcondra is serving up a boozy ice cream from the people behind White Ralph

A Dublin venue is selling ice cream - infused with alcohol.

Eatyard in Drumcondra is serving up a soft scoop infused with a drop of White Ralph, which is guaranteed to be a hit on a hot summer's day.

If you haven’t tried White Ralph yet, you are missing out. Launched in 2020, it's a creamy concoction similar to a long White Russian that comes in a 75cl bottle.

Think almond milk, vodka and Irish cream blended with a few secret ingredients, delicious poured over ice. It’s been a hit to say the least and is available at The Decent Drinks Club in Rialto, among others.

Now, those behind The White Ralph have recently expanded and this summer launched The Soft Ralph, a creamy soft serve infused with the popular beverage.

There are a range of toppings available including chocolate halva pebbles and black sesame seeds, coffee dust with coffee syrup made from Indigo & Cloth Cold Brew, and crunchy nut cornflakes with peanut butter powder.

The Soft Ralph is available at Eatyard at Cross Guns Bridge, Thursday – Sunday.
