Eatyard food market to re-open with takeaway service as they launch search for new vendors

A popular north Dublin food market is set to re-open this week with a takeaway service.

Eatyard, located in Glasnevin at the Bernard Shaw, will open its doors at 12 noon on Thursday, May 28.

Among the vendors opening will be newcomers Village Pizza and 3FE, La Cocina Cuevas, The Saucy Cow and Janet's with My Goodness returning soon.

And the Bernard Shaw will be opening up for food and drinks, takeaway and also delivery via Deliveroo & Just Eat.

There will be restrictions regarding the number of people in the yard picking up food and social distancing queuing systems in place.

Founder Trev O'Shea said: "We're very excited and optimistic to get things back up and running with our Eatyard crew.

"It's definitely going to be a challenge for the first while as we adapt to the new normal, but we're eager to make progress in that direction.

"To any vendors, chefs or festival operators out there, if you’re looking for a new start, get in touch, we have a new site on the way later this year, or rotating spaces free in the current location.''
