Eat Out to Help Out: The Bristol city centre restaurants offering 50% off in August

With many restaurants offering 50 per cent off food in August, this month is set to be fantastic for eating out.

Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced the Eat Out To Help Out scheme last month in a bid to revive the UK economy following the Covid-19 lockdown.

The initiative means diners can enjoy a half price meal between Monday and Wednesday every week next month.

While you can take advantage of the offer as many times as you like, you can't use the deal on alcohol and the discount is capped at £10 per head.

The Government hopes the incentive will encourage people to dine out more, in turn pumping money back into businesses and the high street.

Below are the restaurants in the city centre that have signed up to the scheme, according to the government website.
