Foreign holidays are allowed once again and the schools have broken up for the summer break, so plenty of Brits are heading off abroad to soak up a bit of sun.
That means many of us might be getting on aeroplanes for the first time in a while. In a feat of exquisite timing, a social media-famous air hostess has shared advice on how to get special treatment when you're on board a flight, as first reported by the Mirror.
"If you do this one simple thing on an aircraft, I promise you, you will get royal treatment from the flight attendants," said the TikTok star Kat Kamalani, who is also an air stewardess.

"Being a flight attendant is an exhausting job. We do different time zones, waking up crazy hours, and deal with angry customers. So I promise you, the next time you fly, if you want special treatment from the flight attendants this is all you have to do."
Kamalani's tip is to buy the staff small gifts, such as "$5 Starbucks gift cards - it means the world to us when a customer gives us this!"
She explains: "You can [also] just pick up some candy bars, lip balm - anything - and give them to your flight attendants. We will know what you look like and we will know where you are sitting and the whole crew will make sure you are taken care of."
The video has been watched around 4.3 million times, racking up more than 800,000 likes.
