Cheap and cheerful budget airline Easyjet has released its Easter 2021 flights an incredible five months ahead of schedule.
Easyjet operate a host of direct services from Edinburgh Airport, including popular sun seeking destinations like Tenerife and Majorca.
They also fly from Edinburgh to European cities like Seville, Madrid, Nice and Naples. You can view their full route map from Edinburgh here.
You can book flights from today (22 April) and the tickets start from just £14.99 one way, even during Easter 2021.
You can book these discounted seats from now until Friday 24 April, and the bargain doesn't just stop at the seat prices: additional hold bag prices have been reduced to just 99p as well.
In good news for people who have had to cancel their holiday plans, EasyJet says customers with Spring 2020 bookings can also move these bookings to next spring without incurring a change fee.
The airline has also confirmed its plans to put the remainder of its Summer 2021 flights on sale early, so keen customers will need to keep an eye out for this.
Robert Carey, easyJet Chief Commercial and Planning Officer told the Evening Standard :
"We know many people’s Easter holiday plans have been disrupted this year and so we’ve taken the decision to put our Easter flights for 2021 on sale early so our customers can either book a new break or, if they are rearranging their plans, have even more dates and destinations to choose from.
“We are really pleased to have added to our domestic flight network so that the regions in the UK will have a connectivity boost following the pandemic.”
However, the airline have also been criticised for its approach to refunds recently. It removed its online refund form after flights were initially grounded on March 30 and asked people to call a helpline instead, but has now reinstated it after customers trying to get a refund complained they had to wait "hours".
