The airline will now be operating twice-weekly flights from Bristol to Chania in Crete.

Departing on Saturdays and Tuesdays from June 2023, sunseekers will be able to discover the northwest coast of the island in addition to existing routes to popular resorts around Heraklion.

Chania is home to some of Crete's most beautiful beaches and an old town full of historical monuments, Venetian mansions and maze-like alleys.

Visitors to the region come to soak up the sun on the beaches of Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonissi, explore the ancient history and elegant cocktail bars in the city itself or head out to tackle the hiking trails in the surrounding mountains and forests.

Flights from Bristol to Chania start at £108.99 in June, but there are still some lower-priced seats available for August and September costing as little as £24.99 one way.

To find the cheapest flights to Chania, passengers should take advantage of the easyJet Fare Finder facility on the website.
