Glaswegians will be able to holiday to even more European destinations this summer as easyJet launches more routes.
Flights to the existing and new destinations will resume from August 1 for those looking to holiday abroad.
A limited number of flights began operating back in June but as of next month, holiday makers can head to the likes of Amsterdam, Jersey and Bordeaux from Glasgow Airport.
Flights to Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, the Balearics and the Canary Islands will also be resuming.
And for the first time, you can fly from the city directly to Dalaman in Turkey and Barcelona.
easyJet has put their flights up until September 30 on sale to give customers whose travel plans been affected by the pandemic the option to rebook.
Robert Carey, Chief Commercial, Marketing and Planning Officer commented: " We are really pleased to be able to be resuming flights to even more destinations throughout August to get customers away on their much-needed summer holiday this year.
“Of course, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and crew remains our highest priority. This is why we have implemented a number of measures enhancing safety at each part of the journey from disinfecting the aircraft to requiring customers and crew to wear masks. These measures will remain in place for as long as is needed to ensure customers and crew are able to fly safely as the world continues to recover from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
“We’re also putting even more flights on sale today for Summer next year. We’re launching Summer 2021 earlier than ever before so that customers can book early to get the best value fares on flights to hundreds of destinations across our network, and customers have more options if they want to rebook their Summer 2020 holidays.”
