It's no secret many of us love all things Biscoff.
Lotus Biscoff biscuits have been around since 1932 but are becoming more popular than ever.
The Biscoff flavour is being put into so many different recipes as many of us love the caramelised treats.
Heres an easy no bake recipe by Minela Bakes, that makes around 40 truffles.
Ingredients
For the truffles
-
350 g milk chocolate
-
120 ml double cream
-
165 g crunchy Biscoff spread
For the chocolate coating
-
250 g milk chocolate
-
60 g Biscoff biscuits (crushed)
Method
For the truffles
-
Place milk chocolate, double cream, and Biscoff spread in a saucepan.
-
Melt over medium-low heat until everything has combined. Pour the melted truffle mixture into a bowl, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until it is set.
-
Roll into truffle-sized balls, and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
-
Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
For the chocolate coating
-
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Dip the truffles into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking tray.
-
Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle on some crushed Biscoff biscuits.
-
Leave the truffles at room temperature until the chocolate sets.
