Easterhouse 'unexplained' death probe after injured man dies

A man has died after being found injured in Easterhouse.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Conisborough Road around 10.05pm on Sunday after the man was discovered.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and investigations into the incident are ongoing.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "We were made aware of a man found injured at Conisborough Road in Glasgow around 10.05pm on Sunday, 21 March.

"Emergency services attended but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing."

Police have cordoned off part of Conisborough Road to carry out investigations.
