An investigation has been launched after the attempted murder of a man in Easterhouse.
Emergency services were called to Duntarvie Road around 6.30pm on Thursday after a man was discovered injured on the street.
The 45-year-old was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital to be treated. His condition is currently unknown.

An attempted murder probe has since been launched with police following a 'positive line of enquiry'.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 6.30pm on Thursday, March 30, police were called to a report of a 45-year-old man injured on Duntarvie Road, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and he was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
“The police investigation is continuing into this attempted murder with officers following a positive line of enquiry.”
