Easter 2021 payments will be dished out to those on social welfare a few days earlier due to the upcoming bank holidays.
During a lockdown which has seen many concerned about making ends meet, the payments dropping in the coming days will be encouraging for those that need them.
All those receiving the following will get their money a day or more earlier than they would usually expect it.

Post Office opening hours on Easter weekend
All Post Offices will be open until 1pm Good Friday 2 April but closed on Saturday 3 April and Easter Monday 5 April 2021.
Intreo Centres opening hours
All Intreo Centres and Branch Offices of the Department will be closed on Good Friday 2 April and Easter Monday 5 April 2021, and open on Tuesday 6 April 2021, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Casual payments by cheque
Cheques for week ending 30 March (JA) and week ending 31 March (JB) will issue on Thursday 1 April.
Casual payments paid into the Bank
An EFT file will be created on Thursday, 1 April but payments will not be lodged to bank accounts until Wednesday, 7 April.
