EastEnders aired dramatic scenes on Thursday night, as Hunter Owen, armed with a gun, took residents hostage in The Queen Vic.
A mystery character was shot and is now feared dead, after the gun went off - while the identity of the victim is yet to be announced.
New spoiler pictures have teased the immediate aftermath of the shooting, as those outside the pub hear the gunshot and battle to rescue those inside.
Phil Mitchell and son-in-law Keanu Taylor are outside in the Square, while Phil's daughter Louise is inside the pub with her mum Lisa Fowler.
In the snaps, Phil and Keanu panic after hearing the gun go off in the pub and no one emerges.
They race over to the doors in an attempt to get in and make sure everyone is okay.
Keanu is seen slamming on one entrance, and Phil is trying to open the other - both are bolted shut.
In a second photo Phil looks visibly distressed as a police officer tries to evacuate him and Keanu from the area.
He's seen shouting at the officer, clearing pointing out his pregnant daughter is trapped inside - it's not known if he realises son Ben is also in there.
A trailer released recently about the storyline also showed similar scenes, with the men and Phil's wife Sharon kept behind police tape at the end of the market street.
The pictures don't give away who has been shot in the pub, or if anyone will get to safety.
A character is set to be killed off in the dramatic episode, while just before the gun went off Mick Carter, Jack Branning, Keanu's brother Keegan Baker and Kush Kazemi all ambushed Hunter to stop him.
So will one of them pay the price for their heroic actions, or has someone else taken the bullet?
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
