EastEnders has shared new teasers about an upcoming and "more dramatic" storyline for Kim Fox on the BBC soap.
The character will take centre stage in scenes to air in the coming weeks, while details are being kept under wraps.
The show's Executive Producer Jon Sen recently teased a "ghost from her past" would be back to haunt her, with no further information given.
It's now been teased in new spoilers when the storyline kicks off, and who might be involved.
Phil Mitchell is seemingly mentioned in new plot teasers for the episodes, and he doesn't seem happy when Kim goes snooping - while it's not confirmed the two snippets are linked.
Kim is tipped to face a "harsh reality" while the start of the week will see her faced with a blast from the past in one way or another.
The synopsis for the first episode of the particular week reads: "Kim is thrown when someone from her past comes back to haunt her."
In two other episodes that week the plot continues, with one synopsis reading: "Phil gets increasingly anxious as Kim searches for the truth," while the final details read: "Kim faces a harsh reality."
This comes after bosses promised big scenes this autumn for the much-loved character, that would show her in a different type of storyline to usual.
Praising actress Tameka Empson, Jon said viewers would see just how brilliant she is as she takes on a less comedic storyline - with fans used to seeing her feature in light-hearted situations.
Jon told The Mirror: "We also have something in store for the Truemans and Kim.
" Tameka Empson has lit up our screens for the last few months with comedic joy, but Kim will find an old ghost from her past comes back to haunt her.
"So we're gonna see Kim embark on a much more dramatic storyline, which is great as we will see Tameka have another string to her bow because she's a brilliant actress, so it will be great to see."
Viewers will have to stay tuned to find out more details on the plot, and what Kim is forced to face.
These episodes air from Monday October 11, right through to Friday October 15.
It's not yet clear where the storyline is going or what is discovered, but fans will be seeing a lot of Kim as a result.
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
